Curteis is a founder and Managing Partner of Enclave Holdings LLC and has played a critical role in the company’s development. Curteis manages the overall strategy of the firm and is responsible for sourcing and managing acquisitions.

Prior to founding Enclave Holdings, Curteis was a senior investment advisor with Grubb & Ellis in Raleigh, NC. Curteis has been responsible for the acquisition and disposition of over $100 million in assets on behalf Enclave Holdings as well as private and institutional investors. Curteis began his career as a commercial real estate appraiser in Los Angeles, CA, working in an advisory capacity with some of the largest corporations in the United States, including Wells Fargo Bank, Union Bank, Citicorp Bank and Bank of America.

Curteis obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Brigham Young University.

Greg is a founder and Managing Partner of Enclave Holdings LLC and was essential in developing the company’s acquisition strategy. Greg manages the firm’s finances and is responsible for investment performance analysis and reporting of the investments. Greg is also responsible for sourcing and managing acquisitions.

Prior to founding Enclave Holdings, Greg was Director of Merchandising at WCN Group, a private licensed apparel and accessory company in the San Francisco Bay Area. Greg managed the purchasing, merchandising, and distribution of all sports licensed goods for the company. Greg also negotiated distribution agreements between licensed suppliers for the NFL, MLB, NBA, NCAA and retailers such as Wal-mart, Kroger, and Kmart. Greg has previous experience as an accounting specialist and buyer. Greg has been responsible for the acquisition and disposition of over $40 Million in assets on behalf of Enclave Holdings.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.
