Enclave Holdings is disciplined in its acquisition of properties by conducting a thorough due diligence, not only of the physical assets, but the overall market fundamentals and trends where they reside. We employ a management strategy that maximizes the value and enhances the intrinsic quality of our assets through repositioning, restructuring, or redevelopment. By implementing this approach, we are able to create distinct properties within the community.
Enclave Holdings is looking for growth areas in the Southeast, although if there is a good story we’d entertain new markets and various type assets. We look to acquire stabilized, value-add, rehab or redevelopment opportunities with 20 units or more close to an urban core.
